Required To Do

  1. Always submit complete, clear, correct and valid data and information to Chat Commerce, whether for the purpose of registration or otherwise and comply with the Registration T&C.
  2. Register in good faith and follow the registration procedures that we apply from time to time.
  3. Accept Chat Commerce Transactions in good faith and always comply with Chat Commerce Merchant T&C or other agreements that you have agreed with us (if any).
  4. Accept Chat Commerce Transactions by using the application that we provide to facilitate acceptance of Chat Commerce Transactions such as; the Chat Commerce Merchant application, according to the instructions for use that We specify and use the application only to receive Chat Commerce Transactions only in stores that You have registered with Us to be able to receive Chat Commerce Transactions.
  5. Maintain the security of the implementation of receiving Chat Commerce Transactions at your store and notify us if you are no longer using our device for any reason by contacting our call center at 02179190881 or via email to chatcommerce.support@jatis.com so that we can withdraw our device or deactivate it

 

Don’t Do

  1. Using other people’s data and information, fictitious, fake, or misleading either in the context of registration or otherwise and/or violating the Registration T&C. Note: We apply a “no tipping” policy to all employees or third parties that we assign to serve you, so we strictly prohibit giving commissions or tips in any form to parties that we assign.
  2. Registering in bad faith for the purpose of obtaining personal gain by tricking the Chat Commerce system.
  3. Violate the Chat Commerce Merchant T&C or other agreements that you have agreed with us (if any) or commit or be involved in the Abuse of Chat Commerce Transactions. “Abuse of Chat Commerce Transactions” is the acceptance or implementation of any Chat Commerce Transactions that:
    1. its implementation is a violation of the Chat Commerce Merchant T&C or the Chat Commerce Transaction acceptance agreement agreed between you and us (if any) or a violation of applicable laws and regulations (such as; gambling transactions, money laundering, terrorism funding, etc.); and/or
    2. carried out in bad faith and cause harm or may cause harm to Chat Commerce, such as; Fake or fictitious Chat Commerce Transactions or internal Chat Commerce Transactions between Chat Commerce Merchant and Chat Commerce Merchant employees, agents, or representatives, and/or Chat Commerce Transactions made to disrupt, damage, trick, and/or take advantage of deficiencies in the Chat Commerce system.
  4. Move, sell and/or rent Applications without permission from Chat Commerce.
  5. Make modifications, change part or all of the Device, damage, or hack the Chat Commerce Device or system without the permission of Chat Commerce.
