What is BerandaToko?

BerandaToko is an integrated solution for those who want to provide a seamless shopping experience for their customers via WhatsApp.

No, you cannot change or add order items once the transaction has been processed.

No, you cannot change the payment method after you have selected one on the payment page.

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation in a subsequent WhatsApp message after you finish selecting your items.

You can tap the minus sign (-) on the selected items to reduce the quantity or remove them from your cart.

If the order is not paid within the specified time, the system will automatically cancel the transaction. Please place a new order if you still want to make a purchase, and ensure you complete the payment before the deadline expires.

If there is no response after pressing the “Order” button, please check your internet connection. If your connection is unstable, try turning Airplane Mode on and off, or switch to a different network if using WiFi. Please try ordering again once your connection is stable.

If you forget your PIN, follow these steps to reset it:

  1. Click “Forgot PIN”, and you will receive an OTP code notification via WhatsApp.

  2. Enter the OTP code on the “OTP Verification” page and click the “Verify OTP” button.

  3. You will be redirected to the “Reset PIN” page, where you can set up and validate your new PIN.
